西咸新区金湾科创区一期

  金湾科创区一期位于大西安新中心中央商务区，是大西安城市规划的重要组成部分，产业定位为总部经济和科技研发中央商务区，项目主要包括丝绸之路贸易产业中心、西咸自由贸易企业服务中心、西咸经济交流服务中心、西咸金融服务港、中央绿廊共五个地块项目，各地块以“街、廊、庭、院”的整体理念，以连续多变的内街为主题，总建筑面积达104万平方米，其中商业面积超过10万平方米。
